YK2260M / 2 Bevel Gear Milling Machine Double Cutter.
This machine is specially developed for spiral bevel gears
and spiral bevel gears and hypoid gears capable of processing toothed bevel
gears of constant depth 10º-80º each. This machine is suitable for the massive
and reliable manufacturing of active and passive vehicle axle gears, as well as for
the industrial production of small quantities of various gears.
1. Structural characteristics of machine tools.
1) The whole structure has a national patent with an
innovative design, reduced space and high cutting efficiency.
2) The tool box adopts an innovative eccentric roller
adjusting mechanism, effectively expanding the gear processing specifications.
3) Y axis adopts horizontal drill structure. Compared to the
door-type structure, stiffness is improved and cutting vibration is reduced,
making it suitable for heavy cuts.
4) The machine is designed without supports, drums and other
organs to achieve interpolation without 4 axis gaps. Allows roughing and
finishing of gears and pinions for helical bevel gears and serrated cycloid bevel gears
of a certain depth.
5) Except for the gear billet installation angle, other
processing parameters can be entered on the CNC screen for quick and simple
adjustment of the contact area.
6) YK2260M / 2 development can replace single cutter with
YK2260M based double cutter, which can be used to form uneven drive gear
surface at the same time in machine tool without the need of other finishing
means. It can also be applied to both roughing and finishing of manual helical
bevel gears with edge reducer on a machine tool.
